Job Title - Delivery Channel (Digital Banking) Support L2

Location - Belapur, Mumbai

Experience - 3 to 15 Yrs

Graduate in Engineering / MCA / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science &

Engineering (Passed with First Class / Division) or equivalent or higher

qualification

Mandatory Experience and Knowledge-

  • Total Five years' experience of working in Digital Banking Channels (ATM,
  • Mobile banking, UPI, NACH, Internet Banking).

  • Minimum three years Working Experience of Digital banking channels
  • interfacing and customization

  • Knowledge of UI / UX, interface design and development with Finacle
  • CBS / UBS and various delivery channels

  • Knowledge of Transaction flow and troubleshooting if issue occurs.
  • Mandatory Certifications(min one)-

    Certificate in Delivery Channels(workflow)

    Professional Certification in Application and Interfacing Designing language /

    Technology

    SDLC Professional Certification

    Generic Skills -

    Work as part of 24x7 operations team

    Excellent oral and written communications skills.

    Ability to work independently and as a team player.

    Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
