What will you be doing? Drive end to end support process acrossmanaged service partners & SRC global teams to ensure seamless end userexperience for our critical customer accounts.

Work to identify SLAs, metric reporting, opportunities to streamline process to improve responsiveness for case management across global teams for InSight / IOT support Build dashboards to show application health running across platforms & synch the global product support with regional devOps teams Create standard communication templates & proactive notifications with our managed service partners across platform using automated tools.

Drive operational support to build knowledge base using Robotic process automation to enable SOPs & tooling / automation with partners to demonstrate value of managed services for documented RCA & proactive services for our business partners.

Regional Support : Drive process rigor & organize crossfunctional teams (IT & Digital) to achieve incremental value metrics via increasedadoption across WTS digital solutions (IOT, Services & analytics).

Implement RPA to improve end user experience with IT support & automation. Identify opportunities for automation &customer use cases to drive outcomes across existing WTS solutions Drive IOT driven programs in the region, todrive its adoption across customers and stakeholders Collaborate with business partners inregion to drive a culture of service excellence Collaborate with global and regionalpartners like Digital Technology to drive growth initiatives across the region Specific Deliverables : Drive standard metrics & reporting dashboard around proactive app monitoring , health & status reporting monitoring and reduction of system logs to drive operational performance cost efficiency Drive standard metrics around performance monitoring & tuning Drive Resource optimization & production availability management (Prod & pre prod) Create process to execute on automation opportunities (patterns in repeatable cases / tickets ) proactively Build automation playbook and implement RPA to drive efficiencies from monitoring, reporting, health etc Drive standards across run books & documented procedures by categories to drive efficiency across SRC & IT DevOps teams Benefits to measure : Improved service levels, % of automation from trends / patterns repeatable process operations Minimize cost , time & risk for application upgrades , expansions & consolidations Increase application availability & reduce downtime Reduce the cost and complexity of app environment IOT Adoption across customers, Business outcomes generated through value driven analytics Compensation : Annual 0.
