1. Selling the B2B Sales in and around Hyderabad.
2. Visiting to stores & super markets daily.
3. Meeting customers daily & explain about the products.
4. Meeting Monthly targets.
5. To ensure the DSR, fortnightly and monthly reports are sent in daily basis.
6. To keep the expenses under control and ensure the expenses are in proportion to the target.
7. Increase route-wise coverage, improve servicing of outlets
8. Grow Secondary Sales by doing Retailing, range selling & visible placement in General Trade (Kirana Stores etc), with a high number of Total Calls per day & very high percentage of Productive Calls daily.
9. Maintaining cordial relationship with the traders, dealers and distributors.
10. Carefully use POP material, undertake Merchandising, Sampling, all Sales Promotion (BTL) & localised Advertising activities etc.
11. Tour local as well as outstation Markets (whenever required)
12. Monitor & report Competition actively.
