Role Objectives

We are looking for a Product Manager to own digital products across the product lifecycle as part of our digital Consulting practice.

You will need to set the strategy, objectives and success metrics, build the roadmap, write product requirement documents, influence business and tech stakeholders to achieve your goals.

You will own some of our clients key products across sectors. Your primary role would be to define the strategy, advise on product direction, define product requirements and roadmap and ability to manage a team to design, build, test and launch new products into the market.

The ideal candidate would have a broad skill set including analytical horsepower, business judgment, technical aptitude, strong influencing skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world-class shopping experience for our clients-customers.

Think big and own the long-term vision to improve customer experience. Own communications with internal and external tech and business teams in business, engineering, architecture and CX.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Technical Responsibilities :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large, cross functional products / programs
  • Experience working with software engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements
  • Strong organizational planning and development skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Experience with Internationalization and Localization, tailoring customer experiences to local customer needs
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with UI / UX and engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Create product marketing communications objectives and know customer needs through research and market data
  • Conduct extensive market research and create realistic user stories for service optimization
  • Collaborate regularly with the product team to develop and introduce new site features as needed
  • Experience working on business development activities such as responding to proposals as well as identify and create new opportunities within the market
  • Managerial Responsibilities

  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the product by visiting customers to solicit feedback
  • Manage the product team, including coaching and disciplinary actions, planning, monitoring and job appraisal
  • Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results
  • In addition to the above, the incumbent shall also perform all other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
