â?¢Would be dealing with Sourcing candidates, Strategizing ,Evaluation of candidates, discussing compensation with candidates ect.
â?¢Responsible for primary Screening ,Coordination, offer generation , negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
â?¢Preparing hiring plan, understanding the job specification and job description. â?¢Maintaining Database of Applications â?
¢Responsible to work on contract ,permanent &CH(Contract to Hire) position. â?¢Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Skills : â?¢Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT staffing â?¢Nice to have experience with direct clients â?¢Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skill.
â?¢Keen to develop extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening. â?¢Command over various search tools & techniques.
