Bachelor's Degree in Environment related studies.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development in the environmental consulting industry.
Knowledge on Environmental Services such as Environmental Impact Assessment, Environment Management Plan, Socio Economic survey, Approvals for eco sensitive zone, Mangrove cells, Coastal regulation zone, Environmental Compliance audits etc. would be preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office applications essential.
Generating Prospects for potential new clients (ie. corporates and MNC's) and turn the same into increased business.
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. 4>
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. 5>
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's stakeholders.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Drafting of detailed proposals as per client requirement.
Responsible for independently handling client's pre and in process sales requirements. 10>
