Groots is looking self - motivated sales intern to join our growing organization. In this position , you will learn pursuing sales opportunities through traditional channels and by utilizing new technology and communication methods to reach potential customers.

We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and goal oriented focus. What Sales Interns get out of an Internship at Impact : Our internship program is designed to assist candidates in the transition from academics to the professional work force.

Through our hands - on internship program candidates are given the chance to experience the corporate world of B2B sales first hand.

Candidates gain strong personal skills - both face - to - face and over the phone and participate in technology conferences.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES : Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
  • researching and analyzing sales options. Sell solution and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
  • recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support , information , and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
  • recommending profit and service improvements. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

    Organizing sales visits , demonstrating and presenting solution establishing new business Maintaining accurate records , attending trade exhibitions , conferences and meetings Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social media. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT : PGDM / MBA College degree in progress;
  • Graduation in computer technology. Strong Communication skills , with mail campaign and CRM hands - on and business related knowledge.

    Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

    Last but not the least; the candidate should have some work experience in facing the customers. This is a paid full time internship.
