Account Manager - SEO
The SEO Manager is responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for clients. The SEO Manager can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility :
Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific
Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
Assist in development and execution of communication / content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals

What you do
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing, as well as other search and display marketing engines.
A successful SEM Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
Extensive use of Corel draw & Photoshop to create and generate new images.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
Confer with the managers to discuss and determine layout design.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and / or supervisors andmaking necessary changes.
Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
Responsibility for hands on designing within social media sites such as facebook, twitter etc.
Use great web etiquette to ensure the right message is delivered through the right channels withoutoffending or annoying anyone.
Deliver real time designs relevant to social media spaces which dynamically engages the audience.
Work closely with the offline marketing and online marketing team as well as the IT / web team to ensurecoherent delivery of activities aligned to strategic objectives.
