Key Responsibilities :
Manage & be the product owner of product stream(s) of MindTickle’s Platform.
Understand MindTickle’s vision & direction, discover customer problems and requirements and gauge the current state to build the Analytics Infra growth plan.
Champion the transformation of data delivery to a data-as-a-service model thereby managing & exposing the data to the Analytics Delivery Team (One of the primary customers or stakeholders of this role will be the internal Analytics Delivery Team) in a streamlined way.
Collaborate with Analytics Delivery Team to build a common Analytics Roadmap.
Translate the roadmap & growth plan into actionable user stories.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA closely to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Help Sales Enablement team, Customer Success Team, Professional Services Team be up-to-date on product and product-related objections.
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define quarterly goals, key success metrics, and report the successes and roadblocks.
Collaborate with Product Marketing on GTM strategy, positioning, packaging & pricing if required.
Understand Market direction, competitive landscape & customer needs to build the Product Strategy & Product Roadmap.
5+ years of work experience, with at least 3+ years experience working as a product manager preferably in the analytics / data / technology oriented streams.
Passion to drive things end-to-end from ideation to final packaging and deployment.
Ability to understand and align on the defined Product Strategy, Highly creative individual with a strong desire to innovate.
Exceptionally astute at how user’s pain-points and needs as well as long term vision translate into engineering decisions and trade-offs.

Metric-driven. In-depth knowledge of Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or a similar analytical tool for keeping track of product’s success metrics would be preferred.
First principles thinking & Ability to prioritise ruthlessly.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a frenetic and dynamic environment.
A strong team player with ability to build cross-team partnerships and strategic alignment; and to influence without direct authority.
Sufficient understanding of data analysis and software engineering to be able to communicate effectively with the engineering team;
hands on exposure to software engineering at enterprise scale is strongly preferred.
