The main job purpose of the Government Relations Representative is to manage all government related transactions, to represent the company in front of government offices in accordance with government rules and regulations.
To process, issues, renew, modify and follow-up all government related licenses.

Working in this Government Relations Representative job, the responsibilities of the role will grow and adapt to changing needs and demands, however below are the core duties of the role, which is not exhaustive;
Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures, to make sure the company is aligned to all the government regulations, this include but not limited to :
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain and renew all company documents such as MISA license, CR, GOSI, and manage all governmental portals.
Prepare all government related documents and secure the required approvals as per the requirement of each authority.
Maintain proper record of day-to-day transactions and documentation and provide a weekly report that describes all the company’s transactions and results.
Handle visa invitation letters, commercial and family visa and sending MOFA approval to the concerned person.

As such, there are a few key skills which an applicant should demonstrate, and possess the below;
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, or any related discipline
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the same field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic with good reporting skills.
Fluency in Computer skills and MS Office programmes, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
In addition, you will need to demonstrate
Strong organisational skills and can work in a fast-paced environment
Team player mindset, quality driven shaped by a high customer orientation
Proactive, sociable, responsible, and cooperative
Ability to multitask and operate under pressure
