The opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (FTC 12 months) to join us in Bangalore, India. This position is a high impact role with responsibility for sourcing, assessing, and delivering top talent to our site in Bangalore and other APAC markets.

The Technical Recruiter will capture key intelligence from each candidate interaction to allow for optimal pipeline development.

Additionally, this role leverages market data and talent acquisition expertise to educate hiring managers and the HR team resulting in high quality hiring decisions.

This individual will own the candidate experience by acting as a company ambassador to internal and external candidates.

Here's what you get to do :

  • Find technical talent for our open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, agencies, and other sources
  • Screen candidates to ensure they are meeting hiring bar
  • Work closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs
  • Continue to build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best talent to our teams
  • Discuss recruitment strategy with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers for successful hiring
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Work with Global TA team
  • Who are we looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting ( combination of corporate and agency recruitment experience)
  • Passion for sourcing and ability to identify where the top talent is
  • Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
  • An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
  • Ability to work cooperatively and build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership locally and globally, sharing ideas and developing effective business processes in support of the company mission
