    About this Position Riverbed India, Bangalore is looking for an Escalation Engineer! Qualifications : Strong Windows OS's knowledge Strong knowledge on Dockers and Containers Strong Unix / Linux skills Good understanding Java technology Knowledge on AWS / Azure cloud platform is a plus.

    Good understanding on VMware Esx environment Basic knowledge on databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Vertica) is a plus Understanding of TCP stack is desired Basic knowledge of programming languages / scripting 4- 5 years of Tech support Experience needed Excellent communications skills, both oral and written and also troubleshooting skills is a plus Minimum of BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, MS degree desired Soft Skills : Fluent in the English language Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams - orally and electronically Ability to listen, understand and interpret a customer's issue or concerns Ability to support customers through email, phone or remote sessions Strong problem solving, analytic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and analyze logs to determine root cause Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, etc.
