This position is part of Indian team responsible for the support of a Citrix Platform, Windows Server infrastructure, server patch management.
This role will provide hands-on 3rd level operational support for internal customers. The role requires flexibility to work on callout or weekend and occasional out of hours work.
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology.
OOH availability to work on critical work.
Key accountabilities
Support multiple Citrix Platforms and Windows Server technology Citrix Virtual Application utilizing hypervisors like VMware, Microsoft & Citrix
Knowledge and / or experience on designing, developing, deploying Citrix based solutions
Installation / Configuration / Managing XenApp Farm (latest version 7.x), should be managing XenApp Server Farm with HA at multiple sites
Publishing Applications via Citrix Studio and Advanced Knowledge and work experience on StoreFront
Backup / Hotfix installation on Citrix server
Knowledge in Scripting in one or more languages, especially Powershell
Windows Active Directory FSMO, Group Polices.
File Servers DFS , Permissions and quota management.
Patch Management Windows Server patching and reporting .
Virtualization (Secondary ) - Understanding of VMware Virtualization and general troubleshooting.
Full ownership of problem and incident management, various audit compliance of the Windows Server environment .
Liaison with all Colt vendors like HP, Citrix, Microsoft, etc., for management and support of Server Hardware, OS, other software & application / s.
Work closely with own & other infrastructure team members across EU,UK & India
Flexible to perform On-Call, Out of office hours activities.

Skills & Experience
Advanced Expertise in Citrix support. Day-to-day handling Citrix Infra Issues / Citrix User Issues, Farm and Servers Reports / Maintenance of all the Citrix server Farm and Citrix XenApp client Issues
Participate in the planning, implementation for new and existing Citrix and Windows systems
Citrix Profile Management and Good Exposure with Director
Works closely with other groups to coordinate plans and activities, including coordination of software upgrades and installation of software patches
Windows Server Operating system Knowledge (Windows 2003,2008,2012,2016,2019).
Understanding and Technical knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP.
Good Diagnostic and Analytical skills
Good understanding & working knowledge on cloud Citrix / Azure / Third Party
Good understanding & working knowledge on Antivirus solutions (TrendMicro).
Minimum of 10 years with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
Qualifications
Citrix / MCSE / MCP certified
ITIL v3 qualification
MCA, BE or Computer Science Graduate
