TM- Corporate Enterprise Finance Business Partner

Job Purpose

This Finance Business Team member plays a crucial role in driving & supporting Segment in terms pricing approvals, Deal structuring / Customers proposal Pe / Post.

He / she is responsible for develop, deploy controls and checks for evaluation of business case by ensuring highest quality & accuracy.

Product wise analysis through financial models and providing regular insights with analysis that identifies risk and opportunities and recommending changes as required.

Collaborate with segment & circle team for necessary completion of work.

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

  • Pricing Approvals include evaluation of Deal Structuring / Customer Proposals Pre / Post & Includes : 1. Pricing approvals include Business Deal Evaluation and pricing approval of all products.
  • 2. Maintain TAT of Evaluation Process.

    3. Helping in coordinating with various stakeholder for signing off all the deals after scrutinizing financial viability of orders.

    4. Structuring the deal which will be Tax compliance with good profitability.

    5. Legal Contract evaluation and risk mitigation thereof from a commercial point of view.

    6. Drive pre / post analysis of the business cases / projects

  • PIR of all business cases for Mobility, FLV & FLD & work upon better utilization of already incurred capex for Government.
  • This involves -¬∑ PIR of all approved cases for Government¬∑ Reviewed with respective stakeholders how we can improve on better utilization of capex incurred or improved Margins.

  • Make necessary changes based on PIR or additional information gather so that business case evaluation will be adhere to close to actuals.
  • Provide business support to product, segment team & ECLT in various analysis, financial modelling etc.
  • FLD, FLV and Mobility Analysis for all segments -
  • 1. It includes Revenue & Cost & capex along with reasons for variation i.e churn, downward migration & usage

    2. It includes development of account level view for mobility & total or all product with regard to revenue, cost & capex & reasons for variation & interlock with segment.

    3. Churn and overall capex analysis for FLD enterprise business

    4. Account wise analysis of the customer while business case come for approval

    Special Projects & include :

    1. Product Analysis like FLD Multipoint Business case, PBG tracking

    2. Outstanding analysis for the segment 3.Activation analysis for understanding the business trend in terms of acq, price

    4. Capex & Opex Optimisation

    5. Cases review with segment.

    6. DOA finalisation for FLD, FLV for pricing team Co-ordinate with SSC in understanding the monthly revenue provisions for all Enterprise products and ensure compliance of the processes

    Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

    Must have exposure to Postpaid base and Enterprise Business. He / She must also possess :

  • Knowledge in Excel, Access & other data base tools
  • Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Achievement orientation
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications

    CA / MBA with more than 5years Experience
