Roles and Responsibilities :
Understand and study the subject, able to convert requirements into documents and present it in front of the team.
Convert the requirement to user stories
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Maintain and handle JIRA
Expertise to conduct technical impact and gap analysis, design and research, working as part of a technical capability team.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (team, product owners and testers) to analyze business needs, develop and document both functional and non-functional specifications / stories.
Apply analytical thinking during iterative analysis, development and testing activities, to provide input and anticipate and resolve issues in the identification, reporting and closing of gaps in acceptance and feasibility.
Work with the team and technical product owners to break down work into epics, features, stories, and specifying acceptance criteria, when working in agile teams, to enable the effective planning and delivery of work.
Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional or technical domains for assigned technical capability teams to drive solution development and / or resolve problems within the team.
Strong communication skills.
Data analyst is not preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 +years-experience as a business analyst with expertise to conduct technical impact and gap analysis, design and research, working as part of a technical capability team in one or more missions to enable mission design and delivery, and as part of capacity planning and lifecycle management activities
Knowledge in Workforce Management System / ERP / HRMS portals
Proficient in Agile framework / Scrum practices
Has the ability to facilitate discovery sessions across multiple teams
Proficient knowledge in tools like Adobe XD, Qlikview, RESTful API, Webix, JIRA,GIT
Must have the ability in representing Use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, User story creation and management, Wireframes and Prototypes
Individual project handling and team handling experience is preferred.
