About the Role :
These are critical functions in the organization whose smooth operation is a major factor in McAfee Learning meeting its objectives.
The leadership of these functions must be creative, courageous and in constant search of process improvement. This position and their team are involved in planning and oversight of major learning programs.
This position plays a critical role in planning and execution of leading McAfee Learning programs : Sales Kick Off, Global Partner program, etc.
The facilitation of compliance training deliverables. This position requires knowledge of adult facilitation, active learning tools, distance learning and related methodologies.
Consulting, project management and change management skills and ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team are critical.
This position performs a challenging range of complex activities including planning, analysis, and delivery of learning programs.
This position owns the execution of any compliance training programs defined by McAfee leadership. It requires frequent contact with all levels of management and a proven ability to perform in a multi-
site, global environment.
This position also has responsibility for facilitation of non-product and non-sales training deliverables. These requests typically originate in areas not currently represented by Learning and Development Managers (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
This position works with these requestors to define requirements, create project plans, design solutions and roll out these training plans.
This position works with outsourced vendors to create eLearning assets per company specification.
About You :
You should have deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems (5+ years)
You should have deep knowledge of elearning design and quality control principles, experience with Adobe Captivate a plus
Deep knowledge of Help desk service management, ITSM or similar a plus
You should have the ability to manage multiple competing requirements and shifting priorities
You should have experience implementing process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL certification a plus)
You should have experience implementing complex, global learning programs
You should have experience with vendor management, influencing improvements from vendors
You shgould be a bold and courageous leader who inspires and manages team of 4+ direct reports and actively seeks to build their career paths
You may represent the company as a principal vendor contact
You will interact with management and senior level customers on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines
You enure that work is accomplished without considerable direction
