What You Will Be Doing

  • Update the customer website / community content and customer personalization according to strategy and other day-to-day maintenance of customer website / community;
  • Track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns on the customer website / community.
  • Monitor posts and activity to ensure website / community guidelines and policies are being followed
  • Liaise with Customer Support, Product Management, etc to escalate topics / questions / feedback raised within community
  • Champion new content topics and development based on peer-to-peer community chatter
  • Execute and report on onsite polls and surveys
  • Support / train staff on techniques they can employ and integrate the use of online communities to enhance their project and engagement with members.
  • What You Will Need for this Position

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, content management, apps, and other web-based technologies.
  • 2 years’ experience with online content marketing and dynamic site personalization
  • Excellent customer service skills in both written and live communications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with particular attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain flexible and prioritize while juggling multiple projects in a tight, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service troubleshooting abilities.
  • Database and reporting experience a plus .
  • Experience working with a global company and communications agency a plus.
