As we launch to the next orbit of immersive consumer experience, we are looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager to join us on this journey for streaming and player platforms.
You will
Have end to end ownership of multiple high impact cross-functional programs; facilitating product definition, roadmap planning, resource planning and project execution
Solve technical problems, present trade offs, resolve deadlocks, issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment
Represent the platform in complex technical discussions with audiences of varying technical and subject matter backgrounds, to evaluate a program's technical implementation
Influence the roadmap priorities and technical direction of the platform
Work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Operations and Leadership, and own communication plans for sharing program status, challenges, and risks to all stakeholders effectively and proactively.
Deliver results for initiatives, managing all aspects of the program
Drive technical program management best practices within the team and mentor others.
Build a consolidated cross functional plan by identifying the right teams, the systems involved to build new solutions, align roadmaps, and weigh relative priorities
You have
Proven track record of leading large cross-functional software projects, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Ability to represent the program / platform you own; communicate clearly and effectively with developers, operation, business owners, and senior business leaders
Technology background, especially in a service-oriented environment with a deep understanding of software development preferably OTT but not a hard requirement
Deep understanding of project and program management with 3-5 yrs of experience in a fast paced environment taking a product through its complete lifecycle using Agile methodologies and delivering highly scalable and robust systems.
Ability to roll up sleeves and operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time be able to guide a team toward an objective.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners for the program
Ability to provide architectural guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
3+ years of technical program management experience having successfully delivered at least one product in highly distributed development and business environments.
5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
7+ years of Software Development experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
