The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

Drive innovative, scalable solutions to meet the hiring needs

Drive internal communication and processes focusing on high visibility of progress

Adherence to interview process that supports hiring for company culture and values

Work intensively with Business Units to improve employee’s effectiveness at identifying the right talent

Build strong handshakes with key cross-functional stakeholders

Provide innovative recruiting practices to build an amazing candidate experience, diversity hiring, efficient and effective hiring process, creative sourcing strategies and building top-class internship program

Assist hiring managers in building attractive job descriptions and help promote the positions online and other channel networks

Drive strong internal referral program

Be aware of all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws to keep recruiting and hiring practices compliant as per the practices laid out by federal and state requirement

Key Competencies :

Bachelor's Degree

4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

A strong experience in - national talent sourcing and recruitment coordination, for a fast-paced, rapid growth organization

Expertise with applicant tracking systems like LinkedIn Recruiter, or other applications used for sourcing CVs

Experience in building strong committee-centric, candidate selection programs

Proficiency in the use of social media platforms and professional networks

Weekly metrics tracking, reporting and presentation skills using MS Office Suite

Familiar with manufacturing, automotive, SCM

Experienced in engaging with interns from the top tech schools / universities

Have strong consulting & project management skills
