Plan and lead customer workshops and meetings

Coordinate, as necessary, relationships with and between key stakeholder during the design, management and implementation of business change

Lead both formal demo and informal show & tell sessions

Requirements management

Gather and document functional and non-functional customer requirements

Lead engagement with relevant stakeholders to actively manage the documented requirements Analysis, design and documentation

Investigate, analyse and define complex business issues

Sketch as-is and to-be business processes and data models using agreed standards and templates

Propose possible solutions, identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility and recommending any new approaches as applicable

Create viable specifications and acceptance criteria that can be understood by customer stakeholders and the implementation team

Carry out research at the request of a project manager or line manager

Participate in the configuration of software packages, primarily Salesforce and CloudSense, as part of an implementation project

Perform non-configuration activities including simple data loading and deployments using standard capabilities and tools

Responsible for the quality of the delivered solution (QA, test support)

Document faults, implementing resolutions and retests to agreed standards Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience

4+ years experience in a customer-facing consulting position

Experience configuring software packages as part of an implementation or roll-out

Proven track record of end-to-end delivery, including analysis, build and test phases

Understanding of the Salesforce platform

Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques

Swift learner, self-directed and organised with a keen eye towards high-quality, on-time work

Strong ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience and vice-versa

Strong customer facing skills

Ability to gather requirements, understand constraints and run workshops and meetings using structured and non-structure methods

Excellent presentation and written communication skills

Team player, ability to collaborate and lead an effective team Desired

Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience highly desired

Order management system knowledge and experience

Coding experience a plus

Change management practical knowledge and experience

Experience with multiple software development methodologies is an advantage including waterfall and Agile is an advantage Travel (50%+) will be required as part of this role.,
