  • Improve country coverage and product groups by preparing and participating in periodic calls with leaders to share opportunities
  • Build and refresh credentials and other marketing materials
  • Assist in the bank's strategic evaluation of new frontier geographies
  • Assist in initiatives designed to improve the Credit Suisse brand
  • Prepare and participate in new business origination client meetings and selectively working on transaction execution
  • Handle and develop Analysts / Associates - coordinates Analyst work on projects, develops them through delegation of responsibility, and takes a prominent role in training initiatives for junior colleagues

  • You have excellent modelling and valuation skill set
  • You are well-rounded transactional experience
  • You are able to produce technically excellent written materials transaction documentation, credit committee / investment banking committee memos, client pitches
  • You are able to use technical skills and analytical skills and give advice
  • You are excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task across many tasks and projects and plan ahead
  • Able to present in a measured, clear, articulate way in particular with regard to technical issues
  • Able to handle, train and coach juniors
  • Able to work fairly autonomously with limited direct supervision,self-reliant, great common sense
