Preferred Qualifications

Technical lead who has rich client facing skills during development and customer presentations with the below skills. Willingness to travel at short notice to Middle east and Africa on the presales and solution discussion is must.

Following are the Key points to be noted while you share your profile.

1.8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably 2-3 years of large customer exposure is added advantage.

2.Should be able to speak and present fluently with customer during sales and delivery phases.

3.3. Strong in SQL,PLSQL and RICE Components 3. Strong in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

4.Experience in involvement of proposal, responding to RFP with Product fitment on the technical side are definitely a plus.

5.Should have developed 10+ custom page, 10 Customization and OAF Deployment or ADF with 10+ custom page development and Deployment experience 4.

Good in BI Publisher 10+ Reports developed 5. Should have worked on SCM core modules. Good to have (in any of the below mentioned areas) - Added Advantage

Fusion Apps - Data Migration - FBDI, ADFDI, Web Services Fusion Apps - Fusion Personalization User Interface - , VBCS, Apex, JET(Java Script, JQuery), Java PaaS -

SOACS, BICS, JCS, MCS, ICS, OIC, PCS, BPM.

6.Middle east experience is added advantage

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product / technology family.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.

Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

Ability to travel as needed.
