Manage organizations recruiting, learning and employee performance programs. Should make strategic decisions for our organization to hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Manage employees grievances and escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue. Arrange interviews and send relevant correspondence Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.

Skills and Experience :

Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role. Experience with full-cycle recruiting. Should have excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Linked-in, etc.

Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Microsoft Power Point. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop learn new skills.

Ability to communicate effectively professionally.

Education :

Bachelors or Masters from premier Institutes preferred .
