GeneratingIncremental Business

oSales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, businessbanking, forex, cards, investments etc.

oProactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial productto current and potential Relationships

oIncrease CASA balance in allocated portfolio either throughDeepening or Acquisition

oDriving higher product and channel penetration to deepen mappedrelationships and to increase customer relationship value with the bank.

CustomerEngagement :

oEnsuring portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mappedrelationship and maintaining the desired relationship values

oFace to the client and First person Responsible for service andsales satisfaction of mapped clients


oTo analyze financial needs of the customers and offer appropriateproduct with utmost transparency

oDriving revenue business to generate fee income through productslike mutual funds, investments and insurance

Audit& Compliance

Adherenceto the Bank’s policy on acquisition / BSA / KYC etc as well as compliancerequirements of regulatory authorities (RBI / SEBI / AMFI / IRDA, etc


Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)

AMFI / NCFM / NISM / IRDA / JAIIB / CAIIB& such relevant certifications will be an added advantage
