Preferred Qualifications

The Fusion HCM Mobile organization is looking for a Product Manager with experience in Human Capital Management and Learning.

The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge and experience of HR business processes, workforce / talent / learning management with experience and passion for mobile applications.

As a member of the product management team, you will gather and analyze information to define product and design specifications.

You will be the driving force for the prioritization, design, development, testing, quality and marketing of HCM Mobile applications.

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who likes working with customers and translating requirements into product specifications.

They need to demonstrate strong technical, communication, and analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into intuitive concepts.

They should also be passionate about good user interface design. Proven project management skills with a successful track record working in a Scrum / Agile product development process is a plus.

Candidate must have :

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in mobile applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical, business, and functional information
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality software product specification on time
  • Good understanding of effective user experiences for mobile applications
  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

    Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget.

    As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications.

    Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools.

    Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

    Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

    7 years of software engineering or related experience.
