Operational Excellence is a function that is responsible to lead and execute change across the organization.
The role will be part of the program management team engaged in the deployment of multi-year enterprise operational excellence (EOE) program at GDCE.
Job Description with Responsibilities
The incumbent will liaise with GDCE India management as well as OPEX Leadership, to help manage timely and impactful OE messaging across management and employee levels.
Work closely with the senior program leadership to deliver effective internal employee communications to ensure employees are fully informed about and engaged with the program’s strategy, objectives and progress.
Via a range of communications projects and activities, the individual will support the achievement of group objectives and create shared understanding and commitment to organizational change among employees.
Incumbent is also expected to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to develop and execute priorities along with necessary governance and communication routines.
Strategic Initiatives : Participate in strategic initiatives of the OPEX / GDCE basis skills and business need
