  • Key Responsibilities : a : Managing maintaining various AWS services like, Amazon Connect, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Lex, Transcribe, Comprehend b : Provide L2, L3 support for operational activities c : Handling day to day Incidents, Service requests and preparing reports for clients, project manager d : Create design documents for client and prepare estimation for the project e : Planning, coordinating, tracking and executing Migrations f : Mentoring team members to achieve target timely delivery

    Technical Experience : a : Product knowledge AWS Services Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Transcribe, Comprehend b : Good hands on AWS environment c : Good knowledge on Python, JSON, xml d : Hands on experience on any contact center environment e : Expertise on ITIL processes and project management f : Knowledge on Salesforce, ServiceNow g : Automation using RPA or DevOPS

    Professional Attributes : a : Excellent communication skills b : Technical Expertise

    Educational Qualification : B Tech

    Additional Information : a : AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate b : AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate
