Designation : Consultant Specialist

  • Financial Control & Management Customer Charges and direct costs
  • Headcount Management

  • Day to Day support activities in helping to run the operation
  • Main responsibilities will focus on the implementation and running of financial & headcount processes globally which will embed control within the function.
  • Regular monthly processes to be created to bring transparency to direct costs, customer charges and manpower planning and forecasting.
  • Deliverables will at first focus on creating and embedding processes which the IT Service Lines adhere to on a monthly basis, to then focus on more value add services once the processes are BAU.
  • Deliverables will therefore focus on Headcount, Financials, Project Accounting / reporting (Forecast / Plan / Actuals) centred around the various Service Lines.
  • Ensuring the P&L is under control & forecasted correctly is of paramount importance along with ensuring ties to project accounting / MPP.
  • The key aim is to provide a professional service to colleagues within the Senior Management team and ensure a level of consistency is achieved to a very high standard.
  • The incumbent needs to ensure that the information provided is accurate, timely, useful and consistent across the globe.

    This will ensure that the business management team are known as the one source of the truth’ and the ’Go To’ team for information and advice.
