Responsibilities

  • Manage leadership development programs including promotion process and development centers
  • Attrition reporting and other strategies
  • Drive governance on critical human resource metrics
  • Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders in for programs and promotion process
  • Train, mentor and leading HR initiatives and best Practices.
  • Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance and related policies
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

    MBA / Masters in HR

    Excellent excel and data handling skills, analytical, great at articulating and presentations

    Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant years of diverse experience in HR and OD
