Can develop approaches in downstsream process development and manage single or multiple process projects within the downstsream development group and ability to draft primary documents for functional deliverables.
Proficiency in downstream process development through chromatography, filtration and other techniques
Understanding of Scale-up and Technology transfer
Understanding of regulatory and IP requirements.
Understanding of chemical engineering and protein chemistry and its application to purification process development.
Responsible for design and implementation of projects applying technical knowledge
Builds technical depth in the team by regular reviews of excuted experiment.
Maintain awareness of current guidlines in the functional area and apply them for routine process develoment.
Represents function in project / cross-functional meetings, as per requirement
Oversees equipment maintenance and identifies requirements for equipment procurement / upgradation
Responsible for providing training to new team members for functional deliverables.
Support personnel development through work assignment.
Allocate resource in dynamic environment to optimize output
Collaborate with several stakeholder within and across functions to meet the project timeline and deliverables
