As a Program Manager with Amazon Seller Services India, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the Seller Rewards Program (SRP) which falls in the Seller Experience team.
You will be the Program leader for SRP, driving its vision, growth and seller adoption. You will work with seller cohorts to change their behavior and help them succeed on the platform through business initiatives and micro-
incentives driven by you. You will also be dealing with multiple internal stakeholders such as category, fulfillment, affordability, legal and finance teams, envisioned towards enhancing the seller experience.
You will also be handling day-to-day operations job which involves reporting, marketing and disbursements.
The ideal candidate will have marketing experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and capability to influence external parties.
The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions.
Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.
The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
Role and Responsibilities :
Understand products and services offered by Amazon Services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to sellers
Analyze seller data to conceptualize strategic business opportunities for sellers through cross function collaboration with category teams, transportation teams, sales teams etc
Help construct and implement promotions, including but not limited to spreading awareness around Negative Value Actions and Positive Value Actions
Track and monitor performance of seller facing promotions
Work with the product team to enhance the Seller Rewards Product

We are hiring for this role for the Amazon Seller Rewards Program
5+ years of experience in sales / advertising / marketing / sales promotions / account management
MBA / Master's degree required
Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external / internal customer interaction
Demonstrated success in partnering and leading project delivery for large, cross functional programs
Capability to meet our technical requirements, which includes SQL & Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
MBA / Master's degree required
Exposure to customer categories
Experience with SQL or Data querying and analysis tools is required
