The ultimate source for official answers about a business online should be the business itself. However, when consumers ask questions on company websites, too often they are left in the dark with wrong answers.

Yext (NYSE : YEXT), the Search Experience Cloud, solves this problem by organizing a business's facts so it can provide official answers to consumer questions wherever people search.

Starting with the company website, then extending across search engines and voice assistants, businesses around the world, like Taco Bell, Marriott, and Jaguar Land Rover as well as organizations like the U.

S. State Department trust Yext to radically improve the search experience on their websites and across the entire search ecosystem.

Yext is seeking two founding team members to build the future of global sourcing at Yext! The team will be based out of Hyderabad, and will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find potential candidates for our quota carrying sales teams in the Americas and EMEA region.

You will be working to find creative ways of finding top talent and continuously build our talent repository. Your objective would be to enable the recruiters you support to spend more time with candidates and hiring managers, and thereby make more and higher-quality and efficient hiring.

Responsibilities :

  • Attend kick-off calls with hiring managers to better understand the scope, skills and locational requirements with an emphasis on supporting our quota carrying sales channels
  • Creatively source talent though a variety of channels to include LinkedIn, Google, ATS, CRM, and other avenues
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. X- Ray search, Boolean String search).
  • Create talent pipelines of highly qualified targeted candidate to incorporate within our recruiting CRM
  • Compile competitive intelligence through list building and social channels to share latest market trends with business partners
  • Continually expand the network through leveraging user groups, blogs, and social networking channels
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs via the creation of talent communities within our CRM
  • Analyse and report conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired -
  • Maintain candidate databases on Applicant Tracking System
  • Working Hours : 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM IST

    Qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree or similar college-level education; in lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience
  • Should have experience in sourcing for roles based in North America (US)
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role with large Recruiting agencies or rapidly growing technology organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of / experience recruiting for professional roles; knowledge and expertise in internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate reach outs and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Proven experience effectively qualifying candidates based on position requirements
  • Hands on experience with ATS
  • Experience in working within a global team and environment is a plus.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication is a must.
