Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, and Application Unlimited Organization.

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual with exceptional analytical and communication skills to be part of internationalization group in Applications Technology Group.

Experienced candidates can be considered for more senior positions. Assignment will be changed from time to time as our group has to work with multiple Application product development teams.

But your responsibility in each project will be :

  • Researching internationalization issues in wide range of technology stacks such as Java, Java EE, SQL, PL / SQL and other Application technologies used by other applications.
  • You should be able to prototype a proposed fix as well.

  • Participate in the early design review, code review and perform initial certification of products for I18N
  • Triage I18N bugs escalated by customers / GSI / ADS teams, and provide consultation to product teams in resolving them.

  • BS / MS in computer science or equivalent
  • Programming skills in Oracle E-Business technologies such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Java, Java EE, BI Publisher, SQL, PL / SQL ..etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great team player but can also work independently
  • Understanding or familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, technologies, and maintenance
  • Internationalization and / or localization experience
  • Oracle NLS (National Language Support) familiarity
  • Knowledge of the Oracle Database and PL / SQL programming
  • Experience in commercial application development or consulting
  • Familiarity with other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, or any European languages
  • Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems.

    Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

    Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.

    BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
