Job Description :

Handle day to day call center operations

Excellent management & leadership qualities

Monitor call metrics & track effectiveness in call time quality

Handle escalated issue resolution

Conduct feedback sessions

Prepare weekly & monthly KPI reports

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 3+ years of experience in a BPO environment

Must be designated as a Assistant Manager / DM on paper

Must have worked on sales process in BPO

Excellent communication skills

Customer service experience preferred

Open for rotational shift

Salary 3 Lac To 8 Lac 50 Thousand P.A. Industry ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service / Operations Work Experience 4 - 8 Years Qualification Other Bachelor Degree,
