About the Role :

As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for improving the SuperHuman Race’s revenue, reputation and the engagement we create for our users.

This job aims to position the SuperHuman Race for exponential growth in terms of user base, including but not limited to individual users, corporate and institutional users and government users.

The job involves analyzing market data to assess which organizations would be easy conversions, which multi-lateral institutions we can partner with and how we can bring more individual users to the platform.

In terms of existing clients, you will look at the clients’ requirements and work on developing product features, paid offerings, processes and systems that meet these requirements.

This is a multi-faceted role that requires a wide variety of skills including creative content development, working with people from team members to external partners, in some cases, C-suite, senior or government executives and defining pricing for new features or offerings.

This role also requires marketing acumen and the ability to translate strategy into action and outcomes. Additionally, the ability to evolve new revenue streams based on market research or trends OR recommending alternate revenue sources will be a desirable skill for the Growth Hacker position.

On occasion, you might have to work on a consulting basis and divide your time between our company’s office and client offices.

You are a strong communicator who is comfortable working with different teams at various levels of an organization and you have excellent organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Grow Revenue :

Continuously build strategies, resources, content and contacts to grow the revenue of the company. Follow-up to ensure the success of the above, document lessons learned and lead organizational learning on positioning ourselves for the greatest success.

Work on social media campaigns and SHR platform campaigns for individual users to grow our user base and revenue.

Develop and implement strategies for engaging employees of corporates who are on the platform for employee engagement or volunteering.

Identify Upselling Opportunities :

Identify new concepts for products and find ways to upsell or cross-sell to increase revenue and build brand awareness.

Evaluate fit in terms of product features, consulting services, value added services or new development to explore new partnerships or in terms of upselling to existing clients.

Recommend new systems and procedures to amplify productivity, which may include organizational changes to make these processes more efficient.

Support Client Engagement :

Support the engagement team in our engagements with clients and partners. Develop contractual relationship templates to grow similar relationships with other clients and partners.

Help clients identify new services OR help develop new features, functionality and services with the tech team to fulfil client needs and generate revenue for the company.

Work with clients on testimonials, case studies, social media engagements etc. that improve the company’s brand name and value with external stakeholders.

Prepare Engagement Plans :

Develop and implement social media and platform engagement plans.

Prepare videos and other novel resources to identify achievements and goals met or exceeded by our clients in their work or to highlight platform achievements.

Meet periodically with client representatives to understand engagement gaps. Propose plans and work collaboratively with multi-stakeholder teams to address such engagement gaps.

Strategic Thinking :

Demonstrable strategic thinking skills, ability to identify a vision along with the plans which need to be implemented to meet the end goal.

Evaluate situations and ability to translate analytical information for problem-solving / development and to reach decisions and identify issues to address in the short, medium, and longer-term.

Builds bridges with useful organizations and innovative thinkers.

Keep up to date with developments in our field, respond to the demands of our commercial environment, relish feedback, and respond honestly to what our audiences and customers have to say.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with a good academic record; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

2-4 years of startup, business development or business management experience in a reputed company.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite

Learning agility to quickly imbibe functional knowledge, including but not limited to sustainability strategy, CSR, ESG, SDGs, SROI, GRI, etc.
