Purpose of the position

a.Why the positions exists ?

  • What will happen if there is no one in the position (no one performs the work)?
  • a.Managing all documents, filing & Field coordinatiion Dealer wise Pay-out documents, Warranty action, Payment Collection,Cores, Sales , Dispatches & promotional activities.

    b.If any pay-out documentation and FG / Core coordination not done in time this will delay in availability. Other pay-out will increase outstanding and increase dealer de-satisfaction .

    Dimensions of the position

    Extremely critical for timely availability of all documents and dealer coordination regarding fund collection, warranty action and FG / Core .


    Follow up for all pending Collection, Payouts, FG & Cores


    Dispatchs & Payout disbursement updation


    Relevant Experience : 3-4 Years

    1. Sales related activities

    Key Responsibility & Key Tasks


    Manage all documents and filing in office.

    Daily updation of all documents regarding- sales and aftersales related activities

    Updation of Documents

    Maintain updated contact detail of CP

    Regular updation of CP & its contact details

    Updation of Contact details

    Monitor Billing on system.

    Monitoring Order punching from dealer and billing coordination from plant keeping collection tracking.

    Monitoring Billing from dispatch plan

    Order generation.

    Monitoring Sales pipline tracker and fund collection checking order is punched in system

    Timely Order generation.

    Reconciliation of finished goods and Cores & Follow up for finished goods / Core Transportation

    Checking FG Availability and core readiness & followup for its transportation

    FG & Core Nos.

    Ensure timely collection of Dealer claim and Dispatch to HO

    No of claims pending

    Circulation of scheme launched

    Timely Communication of all existing schemes on monthly basis

    Timely communication

    Circulation of SOA / Pending Core

    Timely mailing Statement of accounts and pending cores dealerwise to all respective channel partners

    Timely communication

    Prepare DSR on daily basis

    Preparing Daily Sales report and communicating to TSM, SSH & Regional coordinator

    Timely communication

    Prepare field activity report

    Collecting all activities related documents, proper filing and forward to TSM for plant coordination

    Timely report compilation

    Tracking of C-Form / Road permits , receivables

    Followup with cp with all pending c-forms and receivables

    Salesman Incentive

    Re-concillation of Incentive nos , re-confirming SalesmanDetails including details.

    Prepare all reports

    Daily MIS preparation & sharing to TSM

    Timely communication

    Daily / weekly / monthly retail and communicatethe same with in the time frame.

    Compilation and communication of Daily Sales target vs actual.
