Job Description :

  • Establishthe sales objectives for Rotex by forecasting and developing the annual salesquotas for all regions and territories
  • Achievementof monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and management-based objectives
  • Developaccount plans for existing and new channel partners, in line with regionalchannel strategy, and execute objectives
  • Promotingproducts to potential customers and maintaining existing relationships
  • Tomeet sales targets and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis·
  • Makingtechnical presentations and demonstrating how the product will meet clientneeds
  • Liaisingwith other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Takingcustomer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements
  • Preparingsales / market reports and understanding the health’ of the business via salesdata, new product releases, sales trending
  • and other key performance indicators

  • Stayabreast of new product introductions, technological / industry advances, marketdevelopments and competitor strategy
  • Effectively communicateclient needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
