Replicon is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist who will be responsible for timely and flawless execution of marketing automation projects.
The person will be primarily required to manage the marketing automation platform , create and manage a variety of marketing program assets (including but not limited to forms , landing pages , surveys) , and execute such programs using HubSpot.
This position will report into Senior Manager of Marketing Technology.
Take operational ownership of marketing automation platform (HubSpot)
Create and configure marketing assets in HubSpot (target lists , segmentations , email templates , landing pages , workflows , forms)
Execute marketing automation projects
Monitor data synchronization between different Sales and Marketing platforms
Provide assistance to the team on additional marketing projects
Around 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role , preferably with a technology company
Clear understanding of modern digital marketing tactics , tools , processes , and best practices
Experience of working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
Good knowledge of any of the following campaign management tools Marketo , Pardot , Eloqua , Silverpop , HubSpot
Understanding of HTML , CSS and web - applications in general
High level of organization and communication skills , creativity , and hands - on approach
Ability to work in a dynamic , deadline - driven environment
Proficiency MS Excel spreadsheet , data management and reporting skills
Ability to quickly learn new tools , and adapt to new processes
Additional experience and / or knowledge in SEO and marketing content development will be preferable
