Ready to work on multiple GRC tools. As part of the GRC Enablement team, members will assist territory engagement teams with implementation and customization of Servicenow applications.
These activities will primarily demand below skills Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations. Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
Create and manage scripts and workflow. Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies. Fundamental understanding of GRC would be a great advantage.
Responsibilities Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC User Guide and instructions as applied to engagement team work request submissions.
Maintain working knowledge of SDC User Guides. Monitor time and manage deadlines. Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures.
