This is a Sales Specialist role, reporting to Team Lead and part of Motion Business Area located in Mumbai. Responsible for sales of products / systems within a designated market in accordance with strategy.

Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities. requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Selling LV motors to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for business across the territory assigned.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understandings of full offering of products, and aligning to provide a solution.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Preparing and monitoring sales plan on regular basis.
  • Establishing and monitoring sales bids.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know how sharing and cross collaboration.
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the division.
  • Focus on Value based selling.
  • Managing customer accounts receivables.
  • Your background

  • BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Automation domain.
  • More than 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • Sound knowledge of Rotating machines.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to develop innovating sales approach based on digital tools.
  • Existing relationships with Customers would be added advantage.
