Primary Responsibilities :

  • Leadership
  • o Be a mentor, ambassador and representative of Technicolor Academy’s culture in line with the wide Talent Team values.

  • Advise and be seen as the subject matter expert across local talent teams / Senior management teams on Career Pathways.
  • Promote communication between colleagues globally or by segment for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise

  • Strategy Development and Management
  • o Feed into to, manage and deliver the Learning Technologies and Content strategy, which is based on a 70 / 20 / 10 model.

    o Support in the creation and delivery of the Learning Technologies and Content Strategies - globally.

  • Learning Pathways
  • o Reasonable and accountable of all Career pathways across all FTV group.

    o Review pathway requests and propose solutions to support the development of career pathways.

    o Manage the creation and development of career pathways on our LMS system.

    o Set up and conduct quarterly reviews of career pathways.

    o Working with the local Content Creation Team, set and manage reviews on core generic content that forms part of career pathways.

    o Manage the deployment of all content updates within pathways, making sure the content has been deployed in the correct pathways and where required reset.

    o Build and maintain the Career Pathways roadmap and schedule for all future role outs and launches.

  • Learning Content
  • o Responsible and accountable for all elements relating to learning content creation.

    o Working with the Content Creation Manager, manage the creation schedule, including content reviews, updates, new content requiring creation.

    o On a continuous basis review the quality of con

    o Working with global talent teams, manage and maintain the structure of learning content on Confluence (our Wiki)

    o Develop and deploy a robust content request process across multiple business units.

    o Review and update all policies and processes that relate to content creation.

  • Team and Operational Management.
  • Lead the Technicolor Academy Learning Technologies and Content Team, ensuring individuals are accountable for delivery and have the appropriate skills and behaviours to reflect a high performing team that foster the values of the wider Talent Team.
  • Manage all operational elements related to learning technologies and content creation.

    o Manage direct reports to make sure they are driving performance and accountability for KPI’s within their remits.

    o Ensure the local Technicolor Academy team work in partnership with the global team, and driving the mantra of Think Globally, Deliver Locally’.

  • Operational Effectiveness and Control.
  • o Fill out and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI and reporting on L&D activities within Learning Technologies and content creation to demonstrate delivery and impact.

    o Maintain quality by enforcing standards and working methodologies

    Experiences Required

  • A degree in Learning and Development, Adult Education or related field or equivalent
  • Experience in building and managing learning technologies solutions Including LMS's.
  • Experience In all areas relating to content creation and management of.
  • Experience in managing L&D teams (up to 10).
  • Experience in creating and delivering the complete learning cycle.
  • Experience of managing structure workshops and / or academies, including resourcing and scheduling.
  • Skills Required :

  • Solid understand of the 70 / 20 / 10 model.
  • Ability to operate in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment.
  • Facilitation change management and leadership ability.
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus, with an eye on user experience.
  • Able to influence and co-operate with other departments, globally.
  • Highly analytical : proven record of creating and delivering meaningful metrics and reporting to various business units
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Motivated self-starter that aims for the highest standards
  • High level of energy with a bias for action and Getting things done
