JOB PURPOSE

Provide Leadership operations and entire process for FMS services in the Northern region including Delhi - ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Standardization of all process, budgetary management, cost control, team management, employee touch points and welfare management, introduction of new services and concepts, management of GHB and senior dignitaries, events management across the group, exemplary role for entire group in terms of standards and processes.

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

Monitoring, Control and improvement of FMS operations across the Group.

FMS includes Travel, Transportation, Communication, House-keeping Service, Event Management, Space Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Guest House Management, Hotel Management & Other Employee related soft services)

  • Quality
  • Survey and feedbacks.
  • Active FMS support to all the business coming under the above locations.

  • Support function
  • Cost rationalization of FMS services

    Savings achieved across group over AOP

    Enhancing user experience for all services offered by FMS.

  • FMS ECHO Score
  • Managing external stake holder relationship.

  • Vendor retention
  • New Vendor development
  • EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    External interactions :

  • Vendor management
  • Benchmarking management with similar organizations / institutions / individuals
  • Interaction with Related govt. authorities / associations and relevant institutions
  • Government and Statutory Authorities ensuring all compliances are adhered to

    External consultants / agencies (trainers, recruitment consultants, HR consultants etc.) contract renewals & monitoring performance

    Professional Networks representing GMR in external forums / networks

    INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

    SPG , CEO’s and Other Department Heads collaboration on business plan preparation

    Finance HR & FMS budget preparation and monitoring

    Corporate HR Team - alignment to the group HR architecture defined

    All department heads HR & FMS support as required

  • 06 locations across Northern India. Delhi, Bajoli Holi, DFCC, Warora, Mumbai, Tilda.
  • Staff strength of over 1000
  • FMS staff strength of 17 numbers
  • EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Administration, Hospitality, Graduate, Defence background or equivalent
  • Preferably MBA
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 20+ years of experience of handling FMS, administration and logistics
  • At least 10+ years of experience in handling facilities in large organizations (1000+ employees)
