Responsible for implementation of LPaas, proprietary Loyalty Rewards and CRM Program execution stack. As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO), the role requires interaction with Business Heads and Product Managers of Enterprises who adopt LPaaS, Loyalty Rewards and CRM Program execution stack to implement their Loyalty Rewards and / or CRM programs.

The interaction requires understanding of the implementation environment comprising of existing ERP solutions, mailing systems, Customer service and e-
Commerce interfaces etc. to collate process requirements, interpret them to business workflows, wireframes and UAT scenarios.
Subsequently create Implementation scope, Implementation plans and individual tasks within the project plan with responsible delivery parties, ensuring timely deliveries.
Travel (Domestic / International) to engage with Enterprise client to understand and detailing implementation scope comprising of understanding of implementation environment, interface with existing system, and customization scope of LPaaS modules and / or requirement of new developments.
Successful track record of engaging Enterprise clients like Retail brands, ERP / CRM Companies, E-commerce companies, financial institutions, Email / SMS execution companies etc.
Obtain sign off of internal / external stakeholders including cost and timelines for the projects.
Convert implementation scope into deployment document and implementation plan.
Maintain project site on MS Project or SharePoint and track implementation on daily basis, coordinate meetings and calls as per business requirements.
Manage projects spanning - requirements gathering, technology development, testing, client delivery and day to day operations and service tasks.
Manage Project plans and individual tasks within the project plan with responsibility to deliver priorities and ensure timely deliveries.
Anticipate and plan for contingencies, set and manage stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate with multiple departments as well as clients with regards to technical integration and functional implementations.
Role needs equal emphasis on Project management and Business Analysis.
BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA IT / CS with 6+ years experience in Project management and Business Analysis and strong competencies in MS Project, MS Office, Visio / Balsamic Project Mgt. etc.
Preferred to have understanding of SQL, MS SQL, PL SQL etc.
Hands on collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows.
Good understanding of software development life cycle and desire to learn new technologies.
Excellent and effective English communication and presentation skills.
Highly proactive, enthusiastic and committed to deliver business results as a great team player.
Multitasking between Client Engagement through Project Mgt. and Business Analysis.
Ability to quickly ramp-up and understand complex business scenarios and convert them in to actionable software deliverables.
Excellent scoping and estimation skills for the development tasks assigned.
Self-driven with ability to communicate at all levels of business as a go getter and put-forth the perspectives clearly.
