Axiom business support in a timely manner
Interact with cross functional teams and establish good net-working skills;
Drive for Standardization of process across countries. Ensure proper dispensation is obtained wherever non-standard processes are required;
Identified risks are communicated to the stakeholders.
Wherever needed understand the Policy, Procedures and operating manual for carrying out the BAU and compliance;
Understand and truly follow the Group Code of Conduct, Close Personal relationships to avoid conflict of Interest;
Completion of all the mandatory e-Learning before the scheduled due date;
Ensure that operational controls are in place;
Follow all the documentation, Operational procedures so as to ensure that we are ready to face audit at any time and adherence to established control processes;
Our Ideal Candidate
Academic degree from a well-recognised institution.
Other qualifications :
Strong Analytic Skills.
Experience on ERP Product i.e. S4 and related applications.
Experience in IFRS Reporting / systems (AXIOM or similar).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Banking Products & Banking Industry
