ATL Recruitment Employee Referral Program

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Employee Referral Program Lead, you will manage all functions related to Cvent's Employee Referral Program. You will be responsible for several critical candidate-

facing functions while managing all programmatic aspects including metrics, events, marketing and special projects.

Responsibilities include :

  • Hiring of over 300 candidates though the employee referral channel
  • Coordinate and release all referral-related communication - to include the opportunities list, program-specific email blasts, newsletters, etc.
  • This involves working directly with Business Unit managers and the recruiting team to collect the most sought-after open requisitions and place them in a format that is easily accessible and encourages employee referral submissions.

  • Organize and maintain master list of employee referrals, including contact information, career interests, and application status.
  • Answer internal questions regarding referrals from Cvent employees, HR personnel, and recruiters.
  • Provide timely status updates and offer assistance with applications
  • Coordinate multiple referral networking events throughout the year, to include marketing to referral network, tracking RSVPs, managing logistics, ensuring recruiter / hiring manager support, etc.
  • Manage all activities related to processing of referral bonuses, to include confirming referral hires, bonus eligibility and completing compensation requirements.
  • Manage incoming messages from the ManTech Careers hotline / email on a daily basis.
  • Position Requirements :

  • Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively and consistently.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-stress environment.
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System desired (Brassring / Kenexa, WorkDay).
