Assisting company finance in the formulation of forecasts and budgets. Experience in P & L of the Business Unit
Revenue and margins accountability for the project. Responsible for the performance, Profit and Loss, Compliance, People Management, Budgetary Control and communication of the business
Develop positive direct relationships with key business contacts. Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets & developing new segment or portfolio depends upon market requirement.
Capable of Mobilization and de-mobilization of resource requirement like staff, vendors and specialized agencies as per the Master construction schedule and priorities.
Interface between the Client and the company and thus to ensure good customer relationship; and also maintain productive relationship with all other external stakeholders
Possess very strong communication skills and people management abilities. Bring a high level of energy, dedication and integrity to the job.
Ready to travel across project site / locations within South Asia
Experience with PMC / TPI Companies will be given preference
