The Analyst would be the sole owner of SFDC data management and hygiene on accounts mapping, coverage, industries, and hierarchy management.
The incumbent will develop reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights across various channels and sources. You would be responsible for information and insights using multiple data sources.
The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the processed data, final output, and deadlines are met or exceeded by performing the following duties.

You are great at :
Analyze project issues efficiently, effectively communicate those issues to Managers, recommend solutions, and provide detailed handoff instructions.
Understand operational metrics that drive business decisions.
Deep understanding of various analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Communicate with the stakeholders to identify reporting needs and document them.
Assess data quality, analyze if that suits the business needs, and make data manipulations or corrections.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under challenging conditions working individually or in a team.
Maintain a sense of urgency on all production deliverables and internal requests.
Organized self-starter and diligent about the quality work.
Work closely with other team members and subject matter experts to develop a reasonable understanding of the business operations.
What it takes :
Software Used : Salesforce.com, Advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools.
Computer Science background or degree.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Expert in designing the report layout and creating data visualization.
Flexible, learning mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
