Provide operational management for respective function, team and support the function leads as well as the managers on the operational topics day to day.

Support and plan key initiatives for the function Provide Demand and PM compliance Support to specific function / Manager.

  • Responsible for operational management for assigned function. - Drive service excellence and continuous improvement within the framework defined by IT Operations -
  • Support the groups’s managers and experts to focus on the overall priorities for the business, to maximize customer satisfaction -

    Proactively identify opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any issues in service delivery within the function or across functions -

    Prepare function / team / NGSC meetings and coordinate initiatives and events - Coordinate and monitor IT process implementation within the function, team or NGSC -

    Take accountability for the groups internal communications and related change management - Support information governance activities within the function, team.

  • Support Audit preparation act as a SPOC for IT audits in local sites (incl. preparation, interface to local organization, mitigation of findings etc.
  • and work closely with ISRM - Responsible for facilitating and maintaining Project Compliance, Data Quality (Status Reporting, Forecasting, Schedule, risks etc.

  • for an IT function. - Responsible for Maintaining projects good health of data in PPM tools like (Clarity, ServiceNow) -
  • Responsible for liaising with Delivery and PM teams in order to maintain PM compliance - Support Service Excellence Manager in maintaining a function project portfolio, data quality, compliance, ops budget etc.

  • Liaise with centralized portfolio team in order to maintain Clarity PPM day to day operations. - Support for Resource Management -
  • Support preparation of operational budget for assigned area - Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Excellence scope

    Function's, team overall performance; overall communication alignment; No unexpected budget constraints. Demand fulfilment

    Minimum requirements

    Bachelor’s degree or Graduation Project Management Process understanding is an addition. Business fluent in English (written and spoken) Excellent communication and presentation skills 7+ years of IT and relevant experience.
