Key responsibilities : Purpose of Role :
Purpose of Role :
ASM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
Achieve sales target in his / her assigned territory.
Appointing the advisor team who is already having an IRDA certification.
Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
Continuously review advisor performance and their productivity and set new targets.
Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports.
Coordination with CPC office for all local support
Implementing in TAB users in the location.
ASM will be over all in charge of handling after sales servicing(grievance, claim request, underwriting issues )
Ensure the "best practices" are adopted by all the channel partners.
Qualification Required :
Minimum Qualification required Graduate
Preferred Qualification : Graduate / MBA.
Experience Required :
Must to have skills
Candidates should have work experience of minimum 2-3 years of that location.
Person should have good contacts in the local market(At least he / she should have known list of 15-20 advisors
Need to have hunger for growth in life.
Desirable skills :
Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Consumer Goods, (eureka Forbes,) Pharma sales, employees of DSA.
Person working with any GI or LI as an off roll Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys
Soft Skills required
MS office, Internet, Latest android based application,
Good Communication Skills(written & verbal),
Excellent in relationship Management
Should have good negotiation skills
Self-dependent to resolve all the queries
