Responsibilities :

  • Helping to produce regular Project and Program level.
  • Reports for Talent Management COE senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Preparing global dashboards.
  • Ability to gather and analyse facts and statistics and develop.
  • Comprehensible reports from system.
  • Contribute to on going review and improvement of performance management philosophy and practices at FIS.
  • Ability to innovate and recommend process and system.
  • Enhancements for effective user experience.
  • As part of product / service designing.
  • Participate in global Talent projects in relation to Talent Management and / or Organizational Design and Change.
  • Stay abreast of any process / system changes and guide stakeholders in implementation.
  • Supports the development and facilitation of training for People Office.
  • Business leaders and employees around associate tools and processes.
  • Prepares data, reports and insights for Performance.
  • Talent management at global level; creates storyboards.
  • Presentations in support of annual and interim formal talent reviews.
  • Provide support to TM team in operational activities thus contribute in managing team's objective.
  • Identifies development gaps to inform future programming.
  • Requirements :

  • Have Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in Industrial / Organizational psychology or related field.
  • Experience Requirements 5-7 years in a human resources / talent management / training environment.
  • Experience creating support materials and providing support to HR.
  • Experience working with large data files to analyze data and create talent reports.
  • Instructional Design Exposure to workforce analytics- either as a user or a designer / analyst.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to effectively communicate across multiple job levels both in and outside of the People Office function.
  • Plan organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with process flows, ideally succession planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability merge multiple sources of data and conduct analysis to identify trends and uncover insights.
  • Strong ability to support the design and development of power point presentations and story-lines.
  • Tolerance for change in transforming organization and developing talent management team.
